1. Are the cards hand-made or mass-produced?
All the cards are hand-made with the support of the laser cutting machine. This machine helps to cut the paper into precise pieces, which are then assembled by craftspeople. Every single card is checked and tested by hand.

2. Where are the cards made?
The cards are hand-made in Vietnam. We have a creative team to work on the designs. Our shop owner works directly on creative ideas and approves the final design for production.

3. How can I buy the cards?
We currently have the shop online. You can order the card(s) of your choice here at our online shop.

4. What if I don’t have a Paypal account?
No worries. You just proceed with your order via Paypal, then select the option of Credit Card. Paypal helps make your online shopping an easy experience.

5. Do you accept Apple Pay/Google Pay?
Yes, we do. Saving your time and ensuring your online security is the highest priority to us. Our website is integrated with Apple/Google Pay so it takes you one click to complete your order (see our guideline below).

6. Can I request LovedUp to send the cards directly to the recipient?
Sure. You can enter the address of the recipient, and place a note (if applicable) at the checkout before you proceed with your order. We cover the rest for you.

7. Do you have a return policy?
Yes, we do. Please click to visit our return policy.

8. What if I don’t receive my cards?
Within 5 working days (in Australia), or 7-10 working days (depend on countries outside Australia), if your card(s) haven’t arrived, please let us know via email at [email protected]. Our team will sort it out for you immediately.

9. Who can I contact for advice?
You can either contact us on our Facebook Page, Instagram or send us an email at [email protected].

10. Can I make a request for a custom design?
Sure. You can contact us with your great idea. We will consult further for the best solution to suit your request. The design can be for your business, upcoming event, or as a promotional gift for your customers. We cover them all. Challenge us – we just love creating new designs!
